Branchial Cyst Branchial الكيس

A branchial cyst, or branchial cleft cyst, is a birth defect located on the neck or near the collarbone. أ branchial الكيس ، او branchial الشق الكيس ، هو الميلاد عيب الموجودة على الرقبه او قرب عظم الترقوه. It is a cavity on either side of the neck that is left from embryonic development. وهو تجويف على جانبي الرقبه التي هي من اليسار الجنينيه التنمية. It is caused by a failure of the tissues of the neck and collarbone to develop normally. ومن سببها فشل الانسجه من الرقبه وعظم الترقوه الى وضع طبيعي. The risk of an embryo developing a branchial cyst can be hereditary. خطر جنينا وضع branchial الكيس يمكن ان تكون وراثيه. It is present at birth, but may not be noticed until adolescence. ومن هذا عند الولادة ، ولكن لا يجوز لاحظت حتى المراهقه.

A cyst is a closed sac structure that can occur anywhere on the body. أ الكيس هو مغلق الحويصله الهيكل التي يمكن ان تحدث في اي مكان على الجسم. It may appear as a lump, pit, or projection of tissue. قد يبدو كما المقطوع ، وحفره ، او الاسقاط من الانسجه. Sometimes, a branchial cyst develops a drainage pathway to the skin. احيانا ، أ branchial الكيس يضع الصرف الممر الى الجلد. If there is a drainage pathway, or sinus, mucus may be able to be expressed from it. اما اذا كان ثمة ممر الصرف ، أو الجيب ، مخاط قد تكون قادرة على التعبير عن منه. Fluid may tend to drain from the sinus السائل قد يميل الى نزيف من الجيب

If a branchial cyst becomes inflamed or infected, it may need to be treated with intravenous antibiotics. اذا branchial الكيس يصبح الملتهبه أو مصاب ، فانه قد تكون هناك حاجة الى تعامل مع المضادات الحيويه في الوريد. Once the inflammation is under control, it will be surgically removed. وبمجرد التهاب تحت السيطرة ، وانه سيتم ازالتها جراحيا.

Branchial cysts are diagnosed by a physician during a physical exam. Branchial الخراجات يتم تشخيصها بواسطة طبيب اثناء الامتحان البدنيه. Most branchial cysts do not require treatment. معظم branchial الخراجات لا تتطلب العلاج. They can be treated by being surgically removed. انهم يمكن ان يعامل بها يجري ازالتها جراحيا.
