Baker's Cyst بيكر الكيس A Baker’s cyst, also called a popliteal cyst, causes swelling behind the knee. أ بيكر الكيس ، كما يسمى popliteal الكيس ، والأسباب الكامنة وراء الورم الركبه. A Baker’s cyst consists of a pocket of synovial (joint) fluid that leaked from a tear in the joint capsule. أ بيكر الكيس ويتكون من جيب synovial (المشترك) السوائل المتسربه من أن تمزق المشتركة في الكبسوله. It is commonly caused by arthritis. ومن الشائع ان يسببها التهاب المفاصل. The cysts rarely occur in children. الخراجات نادرا ما تحدث في الاطفال. A Baker’s cyst can be caused by a knee injury. أ بيكر الكيس يمكن ان يكون ناجما عن اصابة الركبه. Wrapping the knee and applying cold compresses may reduce the swelling. غلاف الركبه وتطبيق الكمادات الباردة قد تخفض الورم. A Baker’s cyst is usually painless, but can cause discomfort and be slightly tender. أ بيكر الكيس عادة غير مؤلم ، ولكن يمكن ان تسبب الانزعاج وقليلا العطاء. The Baker’s cyst can rupture and allow the synovial fluid to leak into the calf or down the inside of the calf to the ankle. بيكر الذي يمكن ان تمزق الكيس والسماح synovial السائل الى تسرب الى العجل او يقلل من داخل العجل الى الكاحل. The fluid in the leg may give the appearance of a painless bruise. السوائل في ساقه يجوز اعطاء مظهر من ألم لكدمه. If the swelling persists or worsens, avoid putting pressure on the joint. اذا كان الورم قائما او تسوء ، وتجنب ممارسة الضغوط على المشترك. Avoid squatting and kneeling. تجنب جلوس القرفصاء والركوع. If the cyst restricts movement or causes pain, it can be surgically removed. اذا كان الكيس يقيد حركة او تسبب الألم ، ويمكن ازالتها جراحيا. The doctor may choose to drain the fluid in the cyst. واشار الطبيب الى ان يختاروا نزيف السائل في الكيس. The doctor may administer a steroid injection. الطبيب قد يدير المنشط حقن. When treating a Baker’s cyst, it is important to remember that the underlying cause needs to be addressed. عندما معاملة احد بيكر الكيس ، ومن المهم أن نتذكر أن السبب الكامن وراء ولا بد من معالجته. If the tear in the joint capsule is not surgically repaired, the cyst is likely to recur. اذا المسيل للدموع في كبسوله مشتركة ليس اصلاحه جراحيا ، والكيس من المرجح ان تتكرر. |
