Aorta Aneurism الاورطي aneurism

An aorta aneurism, or aneurysm, is a weak area of the aorta. وهو الاورطي aneurism ، او تمدد الاوعيه الدمويه ، هي ضعف مساحة كبيرة من الاورطي. The aorta is the body’s largest artery. الاورطي هو اكبر هيئة الشرايين. Aneurisms can occur in any blood vessel in your body, but they happen most often to the aorta. Aneurisms يمكن ان تحدث في اي سفينة الدم في الجهاز الخاص بك ، ولكنها تحدث في اغلب الاحيان الى الاورطي. The area of the aorta that runs through the abdomen is prone to developing an aorta aneurism. مجال للالاورطي ان يمر من خلال البطن هى المعرضه لوضع الاورطي aneurism.

An aorta aneurism gradually enlarges. وهو يوسع الاورطي aneurism تدريجيا. It rarely has any symptoms. نادرا ما كانت عليه اي اعراض. It may cause a pulsating sensation near the naval, abdominal pain or tenderness, or back pain. انها قد تسبب النبض ضجه كبيرة بالقرب من البحرية ، والألم في البطن او الرقه ، أو يعود الالم. If an aorta aneurism ruptures, it may cause life-threatening internal bleeding. اذا الاورطي aneurism تمزقات ، وذلك يمكن ان يتسبب في تعرض الحياة للخطر النزيف الداخلي.

The build up of fatty deposits in the arteries may cause an aneurism. فإن تراكم الرواسب الدهنيه في الشرايين يمكن ان يؤدي الى aneurism. This build up weakens the wall of the aorta. وهذا يضعف من بناء الجدار من الاورطي. High blood pressure, high cholesterol levels, and smoking are contributing factors. ارتفاع ضغط الدم ، وارتفاع مستويات الكولسترول ، والتدخين هى العوامل المساهمة في ذلك.

Some aneurisms will not need treatment and will be monitored by your doctor using regular ultrasounds. بعض aneurisms لن تحتاج الى العلاج وسيتم رصد من جانب الطبيب الخاص بك باستخدام الاشعه الفوق السمعيه العاديه. There are two surgeries used to treat an aorta aneurism. هناك جراحتين المستخدمة لعلاج احد الاورطي aneurism. With open abdominal surgery, the section of the aorta that has an aneurism is replaced with a synthetic tube. مع جراحة فتح البطن ، وقسم من الاورطي الذي له aneurism يستعاض أ الاصطناعيه الانبوب.

Endovascular surgery involves using a catheter to position a woven tube covered in wire mesh at the aneurism.
