Addison's disease is an endocrine or hormonal disorder that occurs in all age groups and afflicts men and women equally. داء اديسون هو الغدد الصماء او اضطرابات الهرمونيه التي تحدث في جميع الفئات العمريه ويصيب الرجال والنساء على قدم المساواة. The disease is characterized by weight loss, muscle weakness, fatigue, low blood pressure, and sometimes darkening of the skin in both exposed and nonexposed parts of the body. المرض يتميز نقص في الوزن ، ضعف عضلي ، والإعياء ، وانخفاض ضغط الدم ، واحيانا من قتامه الجلد في كلا المعرضين وnonexposed اجزاء الجسم.

Addison's disease occurs when the adrenal glands do not produce enough of the hormone cortisol and, in some cases, the hormone aldosterone. داء اديسون يحدث عندما الغدد الغده الكظريه لا تنتج ما يكفي من هرمون cortisol و، في بعض الحالات ، فإن هرمون aldosterone. The disease is also called adrenal insufficiency, or hypocortisolism. المرض هو ايضا يسمى قصور الغده الكظريه ، او hypocortisolism.
